Client & Agent Safeguards

Age verification: All clients must be 18 years or older. Accounts registered in violation of this policy are terminated without refund.

Zero-tolerance policy: Any abuse, harassment, sexual advances, or requests for inappropriate content result in immediate session termination and permanent ban.

No personal contact exchange: Agents and clients are prohibited from sharing personal phone numbers, addresses, social media, or payment details. All communication stays on platform.

Session monitoring: Sessions may be reviewed for quality assurance, policy compliance, and agent training purposes.

Crisis redirection: Clients indicating medical or mental-health crisis are directed to qualified emergency services. Agents are trained to escalate and not to continue the session.

Transparent billing: Charges appear as "AUSCULTA COR" or "WINTER SHAND LTD" on card statements. Payments processed securely in USD by a licensed payment partner.

Are my sessions private?
Yes. Sessions are private and conducted between you and your chosen agent only. We do not record sessions without explicit consent.
What happens if my agent disconnects mid-call?
If a session is interrupted due to an agent-side technical issue, contact support within 48 hours and we will review and credit the affected units back to your account.
Can I get a refund?
Service Credits are non-refundable once purchased, as they represent a prepayment for agent availability and platform access. However, if you experience a verified technical failure or agent error, you may be eligible for a credit restoration. Contact support@auscultacor.com within 48 hours of the session.
Do my credits expire?
No. Paid credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
How do I cancel my account?
You can request account cancellation by emailing support@auscultacor.com. Please note that remaining credits are non-refundable upon voluntary cancellation.
